On January 24, 2025, BIP started the second Training of Trainers (ToT) for the Tunisian Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training (ATFP), with the aim to continue with the third tier of the projects in Tunisia. The project is in cooperation with ATFP’s Vocational Training Centers.
The training was held in Hammamet during the period 24-27/01/2025. 18 trainers attended looking at qualifying, and 3 of them from recent training acted as trainer assistants to become qualified as trainers of trainers.
This project is coordinated by the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training and has a time frame of 3 years with annual revisions. The project is financed by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
BIP together with the Vocational Trainings Centers, has its aim is to implement business training as a part of their standard education and curricula. The BIP Program will support already existing entrepreneur trainings.
So far four trainings have been conducted for VTC, with very good evaluation results.
