The Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training in Tunis in cooperation with Business Innovation Programs (BIP) – Norway, started the Youth Entrepreneurship Program in Tunis in November 2022.
In the period of December 2025 until May 2026, the National Agency for Employment and Self-Employment) (ANETI) will implement 59 Business Plan Development (BPD) training sessions for real job-seekers under the supervision of the Ministry team and BIP personnel.
In the period 01-14 December 2025 nine Business Plan Development training sessions have been hosted in ANETI Entrepreneurship Space in 9 districts in Tunis. 20 trainers from 15 EE Centers / ANETI participated in these training.
ANETI Leadership in cooperation with BIP-Norway made the plan to implement these 59 BPD training in all EE Centers in Tunis. These EE Centers host the courses with 20 participants from the job-seekers. All the trainers were qualified by BIP Senior Trainers.
